What's the story?

What is the story behind my photo of the water mill? This water mill is located in Sycamore, MO. Sycamore is located about an hour or so drive east of Branson, MO. This famous water mill is known as "Hodgson Mill". My dad was born in Sycamore, MO., and our great great grand parents sold this mill property to Alva Hodgson in 1884. The spring spews nearly 3,000,000 gallons of clear, cold water a day. The great taste of this water is outstanding.

We visited this mill a couple years ago when we were on vacation in the area. I remember how cold the water was. We met that man who drove up and talked to us. He said his wife runs a gift show out of part of the mill in the summertime. It was a lot of fun and a really interesting trip.
